The service

These terms govern your use of the Rickyshor service. Please read them carefully - by using the service you accept them in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the service

You undertake to use the service lawfully and in good faith, not to upload illegal content or content that infringes others' rights, and not to disrupt the operation or security of the service.

Account and access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for activity carried out through it. You may request account closure at any time.

Your content

You retain the rights to the photographs and content you upload. You grant us a limited right to store and process them solely to provide the service to you.

The service is not a storage or backup service. We recommend keeping your own copies of your photos. We may remove anonymous or abandoned drafts after a period of inactivity.

Content rules

By uploading content you confirm that:

• you own the rights to it - you are the author or have a licence/permission;
• you have the consent of identifiable people shown (especially minors);
• you do not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights;
• the content is not illegal, violent, obscene, and does not incite hatred, discrimination or harassment;
• it contains no child sexual abuse material - zero tolerance; we remove it and report it to the authorities;
• it contains no pornography, sexually explicit material, or intimate images shared without consent;
• it does not expose other people's personal data without the right to do so (identity documents, addresses, contact, medical or financial details);
• it does not impersonate anyone or present false or misleading information;
• it does not promote terrorism, extremism, drugs, weapons or other illegal activity;
• it contains no malware, fraudulent links, phishing or spam;

We review content automatically and manually. We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or close accounts for repeated or serious violations.

Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may add, change or withdraw features and may suspend the service for maintenance. We make reasonable efforts for availability and security.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of content resulting from your not keeping your own copies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova.
